Lateral Integration Panel: How Can You Help Laterals Succeed?

Wednesday, September 19, 2018
11:30AM – 12:00PM Networking
12:00PM - 1:00PM Presentation

Lateral hiring is a key growth strategy for most law firms, and a thoughtful approach dramatically improves lateral integration success. Even before day one, personal interactions impact whether a lateral sinks or swims.  With industry studies estimating between $400,000 - $800,000 in costs when an attorney leaves, an effective and repeatable lateral integration plan reduces costs and helps a lateral thrive within their new firm.

Please join us for a panel discussion on lateral integration lessons learned, best practices, challenges and opportunities.

Parking is available in the MAC Garage (north side of building). Parking validation tickets should be picked up in Art Lounge and given to the attendant upon exiting the garage.
