This 60-minute program is an instructional CLE to aid you in implementing appropriate trust account procedures and understanding the Rules of Professional Conduct as they apply to your employer's client trust account.

PARKING
Parking is in the Husch Blackwell Parking Garage. From Hanley Road, North or South, turn onto Carondelet Plaza and enter the second driveway on right. Proceed to the second garage entrance, take your ticket and proceed to lower level guest parking. Bring ticket in for validation.

CERTIFICATION APPROVALS
CLM® Application Credit for Functional Specialists: 1 hour in the subject area of Financial Management (FM) towards the additional hours required of some Functional Specialists to fulfill the CLM application.
CLM® Recertification Credit: 1 hour in the subject area of Financial Management (FM).

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Kelly Dillon, CFE
Missouri Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Jefferson City

Ms. Kelly Dillon is an investigative examiner for the Missouri Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel where her duties include oversight of the Trust Account Overdraft Notification Program and conducting complaint initiated financial investigations.  She has been with the Chief Disciplinary Counsel for 18 years.  Kelly is a Certified Fraud Examiner and received her bachelor’s degree from William Woods University after spending many years employed in the banking industry.  Kelly is a founding member and past president of the Organization of Bar Investigators.
